Tarō Kiuchi is a Japanese voice actor and actor born on February 28, 1994, in Tokyo, Japan. He is affiliated with the talent agency AIR AGENCY. He stands 182 cm tall and has a background in Kyokushin karate, rugby, and sword fighting, interests that often align with the physically imposing characters he voices.

Kiuchi began his voice acting career in 2014, with one of his earliest roles being Kazumasa Hanayama in the anime series Haikyuu!!. He is a graduate of the Tokyo Announce Gakuin vocational school and the AIR AGENCY Voice Actor Training School.

His career is marked by a wide range of supporting roles in numerous popular anime series. He has taken on recurring roles in long-running franchises, providing voices for characters such as Shingo Takasugi in the 2018 and 2023 iterations of Captain Tsubasa, including Captain Tsubasa: Junior Youth Arc. In the Gundam franchise, he voiced a Galan Moss subordinate in Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans and later Renzie Dablisco in Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans – Urðr Hunt Special Edition, as well as Xiahou Yuan Tallgeese in SD Gundam World Heroes. He has also been a recurring presence in the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure franchise, appearing in Diamond is Unbreakable, and has contributed voices to the Gintama anime series.

In 2021, Kiuchi portrayed the role of Dante in The Case Study of Vanitas and continued in the role for its second season in 2022. That same year, he voiced Haberu Kikuchi in Godzilla Singular Point. He has also been active in web anime, lending his voice to characters like President Kame in Africa no Salaryman.

Beyond anime, Kiuchi has an extensive body of work in video games, contributing to major franchises such as Dragon Quest, Final Fantasy, and Street Fighter 6. He is also active in dubbing foreign films and television series into Japanese, with credits including Mortal Kombat, Avatar: The Way of Water, and the Call of Duty game series. In addition to voice work, he has appeared in stage play adaptations of anime, such as SK8 the Infinity.
