Stefania Rusconi is an Italian voice actor primarily known for her work in the dubbing of anime series and films for the Italian market. A native of Pavia, Lombardia, she has lent her voice to a wide array of characters across numerous popular franchises, demonstrating significant range in her performances.

One of her notable roles is that of the goddess Ishtar in the second season of the anime Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? also known as DanMachi. Beyond this series, her filmography includes major roles in long-running and globally popular shows. She voices Nanao Ise in both the original Bleach series and its sequel, Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War, as well as Kanae Katagiri and Nemu Kurotsuchi in the latter. She is also the Italian voice of Mitsuri Kanroji in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba and its Swordsmith Village Arc.

Her repertoire extends to other prominent anime, including roles such as Reika Rikudou in Fate/Apocrypha, Lilia Greyrat in Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation II, Suiren (the character Lana) in both Pokémon Sun & Moon and Pokémon Journeys: The Series, and Menko in the 2022 adaptation of Urusei Yatsura. She has also contributed to projects like BLUELOCK, Jujutsu Kaisen, Carole & Tuesday, Edens Zero, Ushio & Tora, and various Doraemon films.

In addition to her work in animation, Stefania Rusconi has also worked as an audiobook narrator. For example, she narrated the second volume of the young adult novel series Love Me Love Me by author Stefania S., released as an audiobook by Mondadori Libri in 2024.
