Bernal is most widely known for providing the Spanish voice of Haida, the spotted hyena and love interest of the protagonist, in the Netflix anime series Aggretsuko. He voiced the character across multiple seasons of the show, including the fourth and fifth seasons, with the dubbing sessions taking place at Audiomaster Candiani studios in Mexico City. This role placed him alongside a principal cast that includes Desiree Gonzalez as Retsuko and Vanessa Olea as Fenneko.

His career in anime dubbing is extensive and includes a variety of significant roles.
