Keiko Nemoto is a Japanese voice actress born on December 10, 1979, in Chiba Prefecture, Japan. She is affiliated with the talent agency 81 Produce and has been active in the voice acting industry since the early 2000s. In 2012, she married fellow voice actor Masaya Takatsuka.

Nemoto has built a diverse career, lending her voice to a wide array of characters in anime, video games, and foreign language dubbing. Her mezzo-soprano vocal range allows her to portray both young boys and dynamic female characters. One of her most recognized roles is Shizune in the long-running Naruto anime series, a role she has played across Naruto, Naruto Shippūden, Boruto: Naruto Next Generations, and related film projects. She also voices the character's pet pig, Tonton.

Her other notable anime roles include Tetsuko Murata in Gintama, Forte (also known as Bass.EXE) in the Rockman.EXE series, Shu in Blue Dragon, and Mambo in Mirmo Zibang!. In the series House of Five Leaves, she provided the voice for the character Seinoshin. She also voiced Izumo in the 2013 anime Duel Masters Victory V3. Additionally, she took over the title role of Ganko-chan in the puppet theater series Zawazawa Mori no Ganko-chan following the passing of the original actress.

Beyond anime, Nemoto is prolific in dubbing foreign films and television series into Japanese. Her extensive dubbing credits include providing the Japanese voice for actresses such as Emma Stone in films like Crazy, Stupid, Love and The House Bunny, Jennifer Hudson in Sex and the City and The Secret Life of Bees, and Selena Gomez in Ramona and Beezus. She has also voiced numerous characters in animated series, including Riley Freeman in The Boondocks, Tootie in The Fairly OddParents, Jimmy in Jimmy Two-Shoes, Baljeet in Phineas and Ferb, and a multitude of characters in the Japanese version of Thomas & Friends. Her video game work includes roles such as Mokujin in Tekken: Blood Vengeance and Bass.EXE in Mega Man Network Transmission.
