Jason Palmer is an American voice actor known for his work in English dubs of Japanese anime series. Based in Los Angeles, California, his career spans several decades, with notable roles in a variety of television series from the early 2000s to the 2020s.

One of Palmer's significant early roles was providing the English voice for the character Ichiro Miyata in the anime adaptation of the boxing series Hajime no Ippo, also known as Fighting Spirit. He voiced this character in both the television series and the 2003 special, Hajime no Ippo - Champion Road. In the mid-2000s, he took on the title role in the English adaptation of the Viewtiful Joe anime series, which is based on the Capcom video game. Palmer voiced the protagonist Joe, a movie fanatic who gains the ability to transform into the superhero Viewtiful Joe. This role is distinct from the English voice acting in the Viewtiful Joe video games, where the character was voiced by Dee Bradley Baker.

Palmer has continued to work consistently in the anime industry, taking on a range of supporting and principal roles. He voiced Ro in the 2017 fantasy series Children of the Whales. He provided the voice for Kōsei Hirata in the 2018 series Forest of Piano, also known as The Piano Forest. His other credits from this period include a role as Fukuyama in the 2020 series Dorohedoro and as Huginn in the 2021 series Record of Ragnarok. In addition to his primary roles, he has also been credited with providing additional voices for the English adaptation of the series BEASTARS.
