Jennie Kwan is an American actress and singer recognized for her extensive work in voice acting for anime, animated series, and video games. Born Jennifer Trinidad Fernando on September 9, 1973, in Los Angeles, California, she began her career in entertainment at a young age, starting as a performer with the touring company Kids of the Century when she was eleven. Her first television role was voicing Audrey in the 1991 animated series Little Shop.

Kwan's career encompasses both on-camera and voice acting. She gained prominence for her role as Samantha Woo on the NBC television series California Dreams. Concurrent with her on-screen work, she built a substantial career in voice acting, contributing to numerous English-language dubs of anime and animated projects.

Her anime voice acting credits are extensive. She voiced Satoko Hojo in the English dub of the anime series When They Cry, credited under the pseudonym Minx Lee. In the series High-Rise Invasion, she provided the voice for Mayuko Nise. Her other notable anime roles include Ayako Mitsuzuri in Fate/stay night, Sakuya in Eureka Seven, Nori Sakurada in Rozen Maiden, Miria Harvent in Durarara!!, and Akira Himi, also known as Aqua Current, in Accel World. In 2020, she voiced Inosuke's mother and a Kakushi in the English dub of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba and portrayed Thirteen in Scissor Seven. More recently, she voiced Mami in the English dub of the animated film Suzume in 2023.

Beyond anime, Kwan is well-known for her role as Suki in the acclaimed animated series Avatar: The Last Airbender, a character she voiced from 2005 to 2008 and has since reprised in related projects and video games.

Her voice work also extends significantly into the video game industry. She voiced Shallistera in Atelier Shallie: Alchemists of the Dusk Sea and has contributed to major titles such as Red Dead Redemption 2. In 2021, she voiced Sayaka Nishizono in Lost Judgment and Kakushi in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Hinokami Chronicles. One of her most prominent recent roles is Chun-Li in the Fighter 6.

Throughout her voice acting career, Kwan has occasionally used pseudonyms, including Minx Lee and Trinity Lee. She has demonstrated recurring collaborations within the voice acting community, frequently contributing to English dubs produced by Bang Zoom! Entertainment and Studiopolis. This includes multiple roles in adaptations of works from various studios, such as her appearances in several projects based on properties from the Japanese game and anime company Kadokawa.
