Alicyn Packard is an American voice actress with a extensive career in animation, anime, and video games, recognized for her versatility across a wide range of characters. Born and raised in Hanson, Massachusetts, she began her career in nearby Boston after attending Emerson College, where she earned a degree in Visual Media Arts and worked as a DJ at the college radio station WERS. This radio work led to opportunities in local voice-over for commercials, and she eventually moved to Los Angeles to pursue her career fully.

In the realm of anime and animation, Packard is known for several prominent roles. As noted, she voices the character Hinaichi in the comedy anime series The Vampire Dies in No Time. She has a significant presence in the Yo-kai Watch franchise, where she is the voice of the beloved cat-like creature Jibanyan in both the animated series and the feature film Yo-kai Watch: The Movie. In the same film, she also voiced the primary antagonist, Dame Dedtime, demonstrating her vocal range. Her other anime credits include Taeko in Re-Main, Kyoko's mother in Fruits Basket: Prelude, and Hitomi Kisugi in Lupin the 3rd vs. Cat's Eye.
