Andrew Sabiston is a Canadian actor, voice actor, writer, and series developer with a extensive career in children's television that began in the early 1980s. Born in Victoria, British Columbia, in 1965, he started as a stage actor before transitioning to screen, with his first major role being Tom Edison on the Disney Channel/CBC series The Edison Twins, a performance that earned him a Young Artist Award nomination. His on-screen appearances also include a guest role on the series MacGyver.

As a voice actor, Sabiston has lent his talents to a wide array of animated series. Among his notable roles are the Cat in Little Bear, Yoshi in Super Mario World, and Diddy Kong in Donkey Kong Country. He is also recognized for his work in anime-influenced productions, such as the role of Ryan Gladstone in the series BeyWheelz: Powered by Beyblade and as Avoir in Bakugan Battle Brawlers: Gundalian Invaders, as well as providing the voice for Shun in the Canadian English adaptation of Knights of the Zodiac (Saint Seiya). His other voice credits span numerous programs, including Mike the Knight, Arthur, Bo on the Go!, Little Charmers, The Amazing Spiez!, and Super Why!.

Beyond performing, Sabiston is a prolific writer, story editor, and developer for children's series, with over 1,100 episodes to his credit. He has written for popular shows such as Max & Ruby, The Cat in the Hat Knows a Lot About That!, and Justin Time, and has co-developed series including Super Wings, Ranger Rob, and The Moblees. His work as a writer and developer has been recognized with multiple award nominations, including an International Emmy nomination for Super Wings and a Canadian Screen Award nomination for his writing on Justin Time. As a voice actor, he was part of the team that won an International Emmy Award for the preschool program Mike the Knight. Sabiston is also a theatre lyricist and co-book writer for the musical Napoleon.
