Emmanuel Lemire is a French voice actor known for his work in the dubbing of animated films and television series, primarily for the French-language versions of Japanese anime.

He voiced the role of Hajime Shibata in the French adaptation of the anime series Hell Girl. He is also recognized for providing the French voice of the father character, simply referred to as Papa, in the Studio Chizu animated film Mirai, directed by Mamoru Hosoda. His other notable voice roles in anime dubs include Gen Shiraki in the Studio Ghibli film From Up on Poppy Hill, the father of the character Ren in another Mamoru Hosoda film, The Boy and the Beast, and the character Naraku in the long-running series Inuyasha.
