Jennifer Losi is a Los Angeles-based voice actor known for her work in English dubs of anime and video games. Before pursuing voice acting full-time, she worked as a game developer on various projects. She transitioned to voice acting and has been recording professionally from her home studio since 2020. In addition to performing, she also works as a dubbing director and casting director, with credits including the English version of the anime Kotaro Lives Alone.

Losi has provided voices for a wide range of characters in anime. In the science fiction series Scarlet Nexus, she plays Naomi Randall. She is the voice of Mizuki Nakahara, a former intelligence agent, in the action series Lycoris Recoil. Her roles within the Sword Art Online franchise include Rinko Kojirô in Sword Art Online: Alicization and its subsequent War of Underworld arcs. In the film The Wonderland, she voices the character Doropo. She is also the voice of Terano Totobami in the Netflix dub of the Kakegurui anime. Her work in the Sound! Euphonium franchise includes the role of Hazuki Katou in the film Sound! Euphonium The Movie - Our Promise: A Brand New Day. Other notable anime credits include Oleana in Pokémon Journeys, multiple characters in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Diamond Is Unbreakable, and Mikura in Heavenly Delusion.

Beyond anime, Losi has an extensive list of roles in video games. Some of her prominent game credits include Beatrix in Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising, Ganyu in Genshin Impact, Constance in Honkai: Star Rail, Tethys in Fire Emblem Heroes, and various characters in Arknights and Shadowverse. She has also voiced Lillie in Pokémon Masters and Ku in Ori and the Will of the Wisps.

Her work spans multiple dubbing studios, including Bang Zoom! Entertainment and NYAV Post, and she frequently performs in projects dubbed in Los Angeles.
