Zoe Martin is an American voice actor known for her work in English-language dubs of anime series. She is also credited professionally by her birth name, Meredith Zeitlin. Martin is affiliated with the KMR Talent Agency and is based in New York City.

Martin is perhaps best recognized for her roles in the Pokémon anime series. She joined the voice cast during the Pokémon the Series: Diamond and Pearl run. Her most significant role in the franchise is Mairin, the traveling companion of Alain, in all of the Pokémon Mega Evolution Specials. Her other notable Pokémon roles include Angie, a friend of Ash's from the Pokémon Summer Academy, and a young Roark.

Beyond Pokémon, Martin has voiced characters in a variety of other anime series. She provided the voice of Yuzu Hieda in the Media Blasters English adaptation of Shrine of the Morning Mist. In the comedy series Ninja Nonsense, she voiced the character Kaede Shiranui in the NYAV Post-produced English dub. Her other anime credits include the role of Ricky in the series Freedom and the character Yuit in Queen's Blade Rebellion.
