Following her graduation, she began a career on stage, performing at various theaters including the Wolfgang Borchert Theater in Münster. In 2010, she expanded her professional focus to include dubbing, building on her native fluency in both German and French.

In the realm of anime and animation dubbing, Walther-Gabory has provided the German voice for notable characters. She voiced the character Rin in the anime film In This Corner of the World (2016).
