Yuto Nakano is a Japanese actor and voice actor born on June 4, 1967, in Chiba Prefecture. His career spans both live-action film and voice acting, with a significant presence in anime. Nakano is best known for providing the voice of Ginko, the protagonist of the Mushishi series, a role he has performed across multiple installments. He first voiced the character in the original Mushishi television series in 2005 and continued in later productions, including Mushishi Tokubetsu-hen: Hihamukage, a special episode released in 2014, and Mushishi: Zoku-Shō: Suzu no Shizuku, the concluding film of the series. His other notable voice roles include Alexander Jagi, also known as Masayuki Wada, the bassist for the fictional death metal band in the anime series Detroit Metal City. His extensive filmography also features roles as Levi A Than in Katekyo Hitman Reborn!, Dune in Casshern Sins, Yobiko in Natsume's Book of Friends, and the character Gil of Strength in Combatants Will Be Dispatched!.
