Jean-Luc Atlan is a French actor primarily known for his extensive work in dubbing, lending his voice to numerous characters in animated series, films, and live-action productions for the French-speaking market. He was trained at the renowned acting school Cours Simon in Paris.

Atlan has built a significant career in the dubbing of anime and animated features. He is notably the French voice of the character Gailamm in the television special One Piece 3D2Y: Overcoming Ace's Death! Luffy's Pledge to His Friends.
