Steve Fenley is an American voice actor known for his work in English-language dubs of Japanese anime series. He was born Steven Mark Fenley on May 10, 1963, in Houston, Texas. Beyond his voice acting career, he has also worked as an artistic director and was a founder of the Texas Repertory Theatre Company in 2004.
