Zoe Slusar is a Canadian voice actress, actress, and filmmaker known for her work in English dubs of anime series, particularly for Blue Water Studios. She was born on August 8, 1988, in Black Diamond, Alberta.

Slusar's career in anime voice acting is closely associated with the Blue Water Studios dubs, which aired in Canada and the United Kingdom. One of her most prominent roles is providing the voice of a young Goku in the Blue Water dub of the classic series Dragon Ball, as well as the character Goku Jr. in the Dragon GT dub. Her other notable anime work from this period includes the role of Sai Saici in Mobile Fighter G Gundam.

She is also the English voice of the character Noboru Kodo across multiple installments of the Future Card Buddyfight anime franchise. Her credit for this role encompasses the original Future Card Buddyfight series, as well as Future Card Buddyfight X: All-Star Fight, Future Card Buddyfight 100, and Future Card Buddyfight Battsu. Additional anime voice roles include Saburo Furahata in Fancy Lala.

Beyond anime, Slusar has lent her voice to characters in other media. Her video game voice work includes Sai Saici in Gundam: Battle Assault 2 and the character Ice Man in Megaman Powered Up. She also voiced the character Lillybell in the animated series Swift and the Little Circus.

In addition to her performance career, Slusar has worked as a filmmaker. In 2006, she co-founded the independent production company Untitled Productions. Through this company, she produced several short films, including Paper Beats Rock, which won the People's Choice Award at the 2009 24-hour Film Race in Calgary, and Black Coffee, winner of the CBC's 2010 Calgary Short Film Contest. The company also produced a feature-length film, Summer School, in 2009.
