Arisa Nishiguchi

Arisa Nishiguchi was a Japanese voice actress born on March 11, 1990, in Kyoto Prefecture. She began her career in the entertainment industry around 2009 after deciding to pursue a path related to animation from a young age, a dream she held since elementary school. Following her interest in performance developed during high school, she attended the vocational school Sapporo School of Music and Dance. Her career in voice acting spanned from approximately 2009 until her retirement from the industry in 2016. At the time of her retirement, she was affiliated with the agency Across Entertainment.

Nishiguchi took on a variety of roles in anime television series and original video animations (OVAs). Among her notable performances was the role of Nijika Kohinata in the 2013 OVA adaptation of the manga Niji-iro Prism Girl. In the cross-media project Magica Wars, which personified the prefectures of Japan as magical girls, she voiced the character Oage-san, representing her home prefecture of Kyoto. She also provided the voice for the character Quele Sellier in the 2012 anime television series So I Can't Play H. Her other anime credits included roles in series such as Ro-Kyu-Bu! and its sequel Ro-Kyu-Bu! SS, where she played Aran Yamamoto, as well as appearances in The Pet Girl of Sakurasou and Inari, Konkon, Koi Iroha.

Beyond anime, Nishiguchi's voice work extended to video games and other media. She was a member of a voice-acting unit called Shunkan Realize, alongside fellow actresses Rinko Natsuhi and Rei Mochizuki. Her career came to an end in late 2016 when she announced her retirement from acting on her official blog on October 31, departing from her agency and the entertainment industry after several years of consideration.
