Quinton Flynn is an American voice actor and comedian with a career spanning from 1992 to the present, known for his extensive work in anime, animation, and video games. He was born on October 10, 1964, in Cleveland, Ohio, and is a graduate of both Bowling Green State University and Kent State University. His early career included work in sketch comedy, notably portraying Paul McCartney on Jimmy Kimmel Live! and in the film My Dinner with Jimi.

Flynn's voice acting career in anime is prolific, encompassing a wide range of characters in numerous popular series. In the film K: Missing Kings, he provided the English voice for Kotosaka, a green parrot and clansman who serves as a medium for the character Nagare Hisui. He also voiced the character Vanilla in the 2006 anime film Tekkonkinkreet. Beyond these specific roles, his notable anime credits include Iruka Umino in the Naruto and Naruto Shippuden series, Kon in Bleach, Marcus Damon in Digimon Data Squad, and Shingo Shoji in the Tokyopop dub of Initial D.
