Yoshikazu Nagano is a Japanese voice actor and dramatic actor affiliated with the talent agency Mausu Promotion. He was born on September 19, 1972, in Kyoto Prefecture, Japan. Nagano stands 170 centimeters tall and has AB-type blood. A notable aspect of his vocal skill is his proficiency with the Kansai dialect, which is native to his home region.

Nagano's career in voice acting spans several decades, with active roles in television anime since at least 1994. His filmography includes a wide variety of supporting and recurring characters across numerous series. In the 1999 television anime adaptation of Hunter X Hunter, he provided the voice for the character Kuroro Lucifer, the leader of the Phantom Troupe. He also voiced the character Build Typhoon in the anime Transformers: Car Robots, known in English as Transformers: Robots in Disguise.
