Pedro Manana is a Portuguese voice actor, actor, and author, born in Lisbon on September 20, 1982. He began working in dubbing in 1998 and has since become a prominent figure in the European Portuguese voice acting community, providing voices for numerous animated series and films. His formal training includes a bachelor's degree in Acting and a degree in Theatre and Education from the Escola Superior de Teatro e Cinema, and he has an extensive background in theatre, both as an actor and as a stage manager at the Teatro Nacional São João.

Manana is best known for his long-standing association with the Pokémon anime series in Portugal. He is the voice of the character Cilan, a role he has performed across multiple series and films, including Pokémon: Black and White, Pokémon: Black and White: Rival Destinies, and the movie Pokémon the Movie: Kyurem VS. The Sword of Justice. His work on the franchise, however, extends far beyond this single character. He has voiced numerous other roles in the Pokémon universe over many years, including Barry, Conway, Gary Oak, Alain, Monsieur Pierre, and Tupp, demonstrating his versatility across different generations of the series.

Beyond Pokémon, Manana's career features a wide array of characters in internationally renowned animated series. He is the Portuguese voice of Rigby in Regular Show, Lars Barriga in Steven Universe and its film sequel, and Snarf in ThunderCats Roar. His other notable roles include Robin in Young Justice, Tino in The Weekenders, and various characters in The Amazing World of Gumball and Adventure Time. His work also encompasses films, such as providing the voice for Ken in Barbie: Fashion Fairytale and Lars Barriga in Steven Universe: The Movie.

In addition to animation, Manana has lent his voice to live-action dubbing and video games. Notable video game credits include the character Varl in both Horizon Zero Dawn and Horizon Forbidden West. His contributions to the dubbing industry extend beyond performance; starting in 2013, he also began working as a translator, and by 2015, he took on the role of dubbing director, overseeing the Portuguese adaptations of various projects.
