Scottie Ray is the professional name of American voice actor Scott Rayow, who has been active in the industry since 2000. His career is primarily defined by his extensive work in English-language dubs of anime series and films, as well as his performances in Western animation and video games. He has lent his voice to projects for several notable production studios, including NYAV Post, DuArt Film and Video, 4Kids Entertainment, and Central Park Media.

Ray is recognized for a number of prominent roles in anime. He voiced the character Kyogoku's Familiar in the 2016 film Psychic School Wars and Captain Jean Paul Rochins in the classic mecha series Armored Trooper VOTOMS. Another significant early anime role was Valgaav in Slayers TRY.
