Scottie Ray is the professional name of American voice actor Scott Rayow, who has been active in the industry since 2000. His career is primarily defined by his extensive work in English-language dubs of anime series and films, as well as his performances in Western animation and video games. He has lent his voice to projects for several notable production studios, including NYAV Post, DuArt Film and Video, 4Kids Entertainment, and Central Park Media.

Ray is recognized for a number of prominent roles in anime. He voiced the character Kyogoku's Familiar in the 2016 film Psychic School Wars and Captain Jean Paul Rochins in the classic mecha series Armored Trooper VOTOMS. Another significant early anime role was Valgaav in Slayers TRY. He had a long association with the Pokémon anime, beginning as a regular voice actor from the second season through the fourth, and later returning for guest roles such as the Unova League Champion Alder. In the Yu-Gi-Oh! franchise, he is well-known for voicing Zane Truesdale, also known as the Hell Kaiser, in Yu-Gi-Oh! GX and later Devack in Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's. His other anime credits include roles in Now and Then, Here and There, Ah! My Goddess, and the English dub of the Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn OVA series.

Beyond anime, Ray's most prolific role is providing the voice for the villainous Shredder (Oroku Saki / Ch'rell) in the 2003 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles animated series, a role he reprised in several video games and the crossover film Turtles Forever. His work in animation also includes voicing Long Range in G.I. Joe: Sigma 6 and a variety of characters in series such as Celebrity Deathmatch. In the realm of video games, Ray has contributed his voice to numerous titles, including roles in the Shadow Hearts series, the Pathfinder video games as Harrim and Greybor, and as Cheng Pu in Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty. His work spans a wide range of genres, establishing him as a versatile presence in the field of voice acting.
