Erika Araujo was the professional name of Erika Robledo Romero, a Mexican-born voice actress based in Los Angeles who was active in the dubbing industry for several decades. She was married to actor and dubbing director Leonardo Araujo, and her son, Álex Araujo, also became a voice actor; it was during this time that she was frequently credited as Erika Araujo. She was part of a family with a strong legacy in dubbing, as the daughter of Guadalupe Romero and sister of Rocío Robledo, both also voice actresses.
Her career was marked by great versatility, allowing her to voice a wide range of characters, from young children and boys to adult women and the elderly. Her body of work included numerous anime series dubbed in Los Angeles. Among her most recognized roles are Princess Esmeralda in Magic Knight Rayearth, Claudia Guzmán (the Latin American name for Ran Mouri) in Case Closed, and Mimi Cardona / Siniestra in Saint Tail.
