Jonatán López was a Spanish voice actor from Barcelona, recognized for his extensive work in dubbing anime and video games into Spanish. He was born on August 5, 1979. His career in dubbing spanned from at least the early 2000s until his retirement in 2016.

López is known for providing the Spanish voice for a wide array of characters in prominent anime series. He voiced the character Leo in the 2009 film First Squad: The Moment of Truth. He had a significant association with the role of Andromeda Shun in the Saint Seiya franchise, providing the voice for the character across multiple installments, including The Hades Chapter - Sanctuary, The Hades Chapter - Inferno, and The Hades Chapter - Elysion. His work also included the role of Kazuki Yotsuga in the 2002 OVA Dual! Parallel Trouble Adventures Special and the character Ichitaka Seto in both the 2005 I's OVA and the 2002-2003 I's Pure OVA series.

Beyond the roles listed, his broader career included being the first European Spanish voice of Shinichi Kudo in the long-running series Detective Conan and voicing Beast Boy in the Spanish version of Teen Titans. He was also the voice of the iconic video game character Sonic the Hedgehog in the Spanish versions of the games from 2011 until his retirement.

Jonatán López passed away on February 20, 2020, due to a heart attack while traveling in Peru.
