Julie André is a French voice actor known for her work in the dubbing of anime series and films for the French-language market. Her career is primarily documented through voice roles in various animated productions, particularly during the 2000s.

She is recognized for providing the French voice for the character Reina in two films from the Fist of the North Star franchise: Shin Kyūseishu Densetsu Hokuto no Ken: Raoh-den Junai no Shō (2006) and Shin Kyūseishu Densetsu Hokuto no Ken: Raoh-den Gekitō no Shō (2007). In addition to these films, she voiced Reina in other related releases, such as La Légende de Raoh.

André's body of work includes a range of other significant anime roles. She voiced Vanilla Mieux in the series Sugar Sugar Rune. She also had a substantial role in the long-running series Bleach, providing the French voices for multiple characters, including Tatsuki Arisawa, Kūkaku Shiba, Tier Harribel, and Masaki Kurosaki.
