Miho Sakuma is a Japanese voice actress and actress from Okayama Prefecture, born on October 5, 1981. She is affiliated with the narration production company Fuun as a freelance talent. She is a graduate of the Visual Arts Senmon Gakko's Video Technology Academy. Her voice falls within the mezzo-soprano range.

Sakuma did not originally aspire to be a voice actor. After joining a talent agency, she was encouraged to audition for the anime adaptation of the manga Mahou Sensei Negima! and was cast in the role that would define her career. This role, the sharpshooting martial artist Mana Tatsumiya in the 2005 television anime Mahou Sensei Negima!, marked her debut as a voice actor. Her performance as Mana Tatsumiya became a recurring role, which she reprised across multiple adaptations of the series for over a decade. These include the 2006 television anime Negima!?, the OVA series Mahou Sensei Negima!: Shiroki Tsubasa Ala Alba and Mahou Sensei Negima!: Mou Hitotsu no Sekai, the 2011 film Gekijouban Mahou Sensei Negima! Anime Final, and the 2017 television anime UQ Holder! Mahou Sensei Negima! 2. She also voiced the character in several video games based on the franchise.

Beyond her voice acting work, Sakuma has maintained an active career in live-action performance. Her credits include stage productions, such as Imperfect Love ~Kanpeki!? Sentai Hirenja!~ in 2011, and films, where she starred as Chihiro Iizuka in the 2006 movie Romance・Mishin・Isoflavone. She has also appeared in television commercials and informational videos, and has worked as a narrator and reporter for programs like Green Channel's Green Tourism.

As a singer, Sakuma has performed character songs related to her role in the Negima! franchise. These include tracks for the character series Magical Teacher Negima! Koe no Classmate Series 11月:武道四天王 in 2004 and opening and ending theme songs for the various anime adaptations, such as 1000%SPARKING! for Negima!? in 2007.
