Rio Tsuchiya is a Japanese voice actress and singer born on August 19, 1997, in Kanagawa Prefecture. She is affiliated with the talent agency Office Osawa and has been active in the industry since 2019.
Tsuchiya's path to voice acting began with stage performances. In 2016, she was cast in a voice-acting stage production of The Tale of Genji after a public audition. Her professional voice acting debut came in 2019 when she was cast as Mei Tōmi in the video game Cue!. This role marked the beginning of her career and she later reprised the character in the game's 2022 anime adaptation.
She has accumulated a diverse range of roles in anime television series.
