Hisahiro Ogura is a Japanese actor and voice actor born on October 26, 1954, in Watarai District, Mie Prefecture, Japan. He is a graduate of Mie Prefectural Ise High School and Gakushuin University. Ogura began his entertainment career in 1979 after joining the theatre troupe Super Eccentric Theater, where he remains a member. He is also affiliated with the talent agency Amuse.

As a voice actor, Ogura is known for his work as a narrator and for providing voices in anime series. He has a notable, long-running association with the Hell Girl anime franchise, where he served as the narrator for its second and third seasons, Hell Girl: Two Mirrors in 2006 and Hell Girl: Three Vessels in 2008. Another significant voice role is that of Papa, the father character, in the long-running comedy anime series Rerere no Tensai Bakabon, a role he performed in both the 1999 series and the 2018 sequel, Midnight! Tensai Bakabon. His other anime voice work includes a role in Ojarumaru in 1999 and the narrator for the horror anthology series The Dark Tales in 2017.

In addition to animation, Ogura's distinctive voice has been featured in other media. He has provided narration for television dramas, such as V no Arashi in 1999. He was also the Japanese voice of the character Gourdon in the 2017 Japanese dub of the Disney film Beauty and the Beast. Ogura's work is not limited to voice acting; he has an extensive career as a live-action actor, with prominent roles in films like the Kamen Rider Wizard series and the television series Zettaimon.
