Pablo Hertsen, sometimes credited under his full name Pablo Andres Hertsens, is a Belgian voice actor born on December 13, 1979, in Woluwe Saint-Lambert, Belgium. Before gaining recognition for his voice work, he was active in the Belgian hip-hop scene, performing under the name Pablo Andres.

His career in dubbing is extensive and he is primarily known as the regular French voice for leading characters in several major anime franchises. He is the voice of Mark Evans, the protagonist of the long-running soccer series Inazuma Eleven, a role he has reprised across multiple series, films, and video games, including Inazuma Eleven: Saikyō Gundan Ogre Shūrai and the Inazuma Eleven GO sequels. He also voiced Gingka Hagane, the main character in the Metal Fight Beyblade series, appearing in the television series Metal Fight Beyblade, its sequels, and the film Metal Fight Beyblade VS Taiyō Shakunetsu no Shinryakusha.

Beyond these signature roles, Hertsens has lent his voice to a wide variety of anime and animated series. His credits include characters in One Piece such as Merry, Yosaku, and Prince Fukaboshi, as well as roles in Naruto, Naruto Shippūden, Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's, Initial D, and Kenshin the Vagabond.
