Norbert Ibero was a Catalan actor whose career spanned theatre, television, and voice acting, with a significant body of work in dubbing, particularly for anime series and films into Catalan. He passed away in 2011 at the age of 54.

His voice acting portfolio is extensive and features prominent roles in numerous anime series. He voiced the character Ultra Heroi across several films in the Crayon Shin-chan franchise, including Crayon Shin-chan: Action Kamen vs Haigure Maô and Crayon Shin-chan: Arashi o Yobu Jungle. In the film Touch: Sebangō no Nai Ace, he provided the voice for Koutarou Matsudaira.

Ibero's work encompassed a wide range of characters in many well-known series. In the Catalan dubs, he was the voice of characters such as Freezer in Dragon Ball Z, Rob Lucci and the series narrator in One Piece, and Alferes Kururu in Sgt. Frog. His other notable anime credits include roles in Detective Conan, where he voiced several characters including Ninzaburo Shiratori and Inspector Yokomizo, as well as contributions to Inuyasha, Ranma ½, Slam Dunk, and Dragon Ball GT, among many others. Beyond anime, his voice acting work extended to Catalan dubs of animated films, with credits including Orville in The Rescuers and Louie in Oliver & Company.

Alongside his voice acting, Ibero was a familiar presence on stage and screen. He was involved in numerous theatrical productions, including works directed by Josep Maria Flotats and David Selvas, and appeared in Catalan television series such as Nissaga de Poder and Sagrada Familia.
