Sumie Baba, born December 12, 1967, in Tokyo Metropolis, is a Japanese voice actress who was active from the 1990s to the mid-2000s. She was affiliated with the talent management firm 81 Produce.

Her career encompassed a wide range of roles in television anime, original video animations, and films. In television, she was known for long-running series, providing voices for characters such as Shimarisu-kun in the first Bonobono film, Chisa Tsukamoto in Comic Party and its related OVAs, Hiroshi in Hamtaro, and multiple roles in the long-running series Chibi Maruko-chan, including Misuzu Fuyuta and the second voice of Tomoko's mother. She also voiced characters in Master Keaton, Vampire Princess Miyu, and the Japanese dub of the animated series Tokyo Pig.

Baba was also prolific in the original video animation format, where she took on roles in various genres.
