Megumi Kojima is a Japanese voice actress and singer born on October 24, 1980, in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture. She is the eldest of three sisters. Before fully entering the entertainment industry, she attended university and obtained a license to become a childcare worker.

Kojima began her voice acting career in the early 2000s. She was initially affiliated with the agency Genki Project before moving to Office Watanabe on September 1, 2009, following a change in her former agency's structure. Her early catchphrase upon debut was "next-generation dojikko idol," referencing a archetype of a cute, accident-prone character.

Her voice acting portfolio includes a range of roles in anime television series. She is known for playing the role of Fine in both Fushigiboshi no Futago Hime and its sequel, Fushigiboshi no Futago Hime Gyu!. Another notable role is Toko Touma in the series Zombie-Loan. Her other anime credits include Lanhua in Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch, Sachiko Kawamura in NANA, Ponta in Rakugo Tennyo Oyui, a classmate in Maria Watches Over Us, Longinus in Night Wizard, and Sara Himekawa in Samurai Girl Real Bout High School. She has also provided voices for video games, such as Kashiwara Sarina in the visual novel Kira Kira and琴音ちゃん in Queens Gate Spiral Chaos.

Beyond voice acting, Kojima is also a singer and musician. She contributed to theme songs for anime, including the first theme song for Fushigiboshi no Futago Hime and a theme for the third edition of Cardcaptor Sakura. Her hobbies include playing the piano and singing. In 2007, she formed a band called Cri☆siS with fellow voice actresses Noriko Shitaya, Miki Tsuchiya, and Sayori Ishizuka, in which she was responsible for playing the keyboard.

Throughout her career, Kojima has collaborated with several other voice actors on multiple projects. These include Tomokazu Seki, Masumi Asano, Tetsuya Kakihara, Junko Minagawa, Yuko Goto, and Takaya Kuroda. She developed a close friendship with voice actress Asuka Kogure, whom she met while working on Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch and affectionately calls "Ema-sama".
