Mark Oliver is a Canadian voice actor born in 1966 in Vancouver, British Columbia, who is known for his extensive work in anime, animated series, and video games, often in association with Ocean Studios. In the realm of anime, Oliver is recognized for his portrayal of complex antagonists.
