Aina Kusuda is a Japanese voice actress and singer from Chiba Prefecture, born on February 1, 1989. She is affectionately known by her nickname Kussun. Her journey to becoming a voice actress began after watching a stage performance by Junko Takeuchi, which inspired her to pursue this career path. Prior to her debut, she worked at a maid cafe in Akihabara.

Kusuda made her debut as a voice actress in 2010 with the role that would define her career: Nozomi Tojo in the massively popular media franchise Love Live! School idol project. She reprised this role in the second season, the theatrical film Love Live! The School Idol Movie, and various OVAs and games related to the series. Her portrayal of Nozomi made her a central figure in the franchise, and she became a member of the sub-unit lily white within the project. As part of the main cast of Love Live!, she was a recipient of the 9th Seiyu Award for Best Singing.

Beyond Love Live!, Kusuda has built a diverse portfolio of voice roles. She played Suko in Million Doll and Rose in the Rilu Rilu Fairilu series, including Oshiete Mahō no Pendulum: Rilu Rilu Fairilu and Rilu Rilu Fairilu: Mahō no Kagami. Other notable roles include Nyururin in Nyuru Nyuru!! Kakusen-kun 2-ki, Mari in Ladyspo, Eri Minaguchi in Girl Friend Beta, and a young Zeref in Fairy Tail.

In addition to her voice work, Kusuda is an active singer. She has released multiple solo albums and singles, with her first album First Sweet Wave reaching number 5 on the Oricon charts in 2015. Her musical activities also include forming the duo unit Please&Secret with her Love Live! co-star Pile and being part of the unit Tabikare Girls. Over her career, she has been affiliated with several talent agencies, including JTB Entertainment, Dandelion, and currently, Just Pro.
