Teruaki Ogawa is a Japanese actor and voice actor born on August 29, 1968, in Osaka Prefecture and raised in Kashihara, Nara. He is affiliated with the talent agency 81 Produce. His career began in live-action tokusatsu series, most notably with lead roles in the Super Sentai franchise. He played Sasuke, the Ninja Red ranger, in Ninja Sentai Kakuranger in 1994 and later portrayed Hyuuga, the Black Knight, in Seijuu Sentai Gingaman in 1998. This background in physically demanding action roles has informed his later work in voice acting and motion capture.
In the realm of animation and voice work, Ogawa has contributed to a variety of series. His voice acting credits include the role of Ken in the anime Ginga Densetsu Weed from 2005 to 2006. He also voiced Mach Kick in the series Chō Seimeitai Transformers: Beast Wars Neo. In the 2004 anime AM Driver, he played the character Dark Kalhole.
