Chie Ishibashi is a Japanese voice actress born on May 21, 1975, in Tokyo, Japan. She is also known by her real name, Chie Sawaguchi, and has worked under the pseudonyms Rie Sawaguchi and Chie Ishibashi. Her career began in 1996 when she joined Aoni Production, and she is currently affiliated with Across Entertainment, having also been associated with Production Baobab.

Ishibashi is perhaps best recognized for her role in the 1997 remake of the anime series Dr. Slump. In this series, she provided the voice for the character Gatchan Norimaki, a cherub-like creature also known as Gajira Norimaki. She also voiced this character in the associated film Dr. Slump: Arale no Bikkuri Bān.

Beyond this prominent role, her voice acting portfolio includes a variety of other characters in both anime and video games. In anime, she is known for her work as Little Neese in Record of Lodoss War: Chronicles of the Heroic Knight, and she had roles in series such as Boys Be, where she voiced Nao Nitta, as well as Yume Tsukai and Twin Princess Gyu!. Her work in video games includes the long-running role of Lilith Aileron in the Tales of Destiny series and its sequels, and she also voiced Alice Elliot in the Shadow Hearts games.

In addition to acting, Chie Ishibashi has been involved in music. She performed songs for the Record of Lodoss War soundtrack, which have been described as delicate and classical in style. She was also a member of the music groups BELOVED and CHARMS and has written a column for a voice actor magazine. She is married to fellow voice actor Kenji Nojima and is the older sister of voice actress Yūko Ishibashi.
