In animation, she is perhaps best remembered for her unique and challenging performance as the triplets Riri, Fifi, and Loulou in the original French dub of the Disney series La Bande à Picsou and its related films, a role she passed rigorous auditions to obtain. Beyond this iconic role, she lent her voice to a vast number of animated series and films, particularly those broadcast in France during the 1980s and 1990s. In addition to her animation work, Reigner was prolific in dubbing live-action films and television series. She was the French voice for characters in several major productions, including Jennifer Parker in the first Back to the Future film, Janice Litman Goralnik in Friends, Lydia Deetz in Beetlejuice, D.J. Tanner in La Fête à la maison, and Lisa Turtle in Sauvés par le Gong.

Martine Reigner gradually reduced her dubbing activity starting in 2007 due to health reasons and officially retired from the profession around 2009. She passed away on November 25, 2022, following a long illness. Her voice, often described as mischievous and lively, left a significant mark on the childhoods of many French viewers.
