Carlos Villegas is a Colombian voice actor known for his work in the Spanish-language dubbing of various anime series and films. Based in Bogotá, Colombia, his career is documented through his extensive portfolio of voice roles in animation and live-action productions for the Latin American market.

Villegas is perhaps most recognized for his portrayal of the character Hisoka in the anime series Hunter X Hunter. He provided the voice for this character across multiple adaptations, including the 1999 television series and several OVAs such as Hunter X Hunter: Greed Island and Hunter X Hunter: G I Final. In addition to Hisoka, he also voiced the character Phinks, also known as Phinx, in these same OVAs. Another notable role in the anime genre was Dino Styraco in the series Dinozaurs: The Series.

His work spans a variety of other anime titles. He voiced the character James in Basquash!, Gariun and Taketo in Dennō Bōkenki Webdiver, and Fool in both the Kaleido Star television series and its OVA, New Wings Extra Stage.
