Luis Navarro is a Mexican voice and theater actor, born on October 7, 1990, in the State of Mexico. He is active in both performance and direction within the dubbing industry.

Navarro has lent his voice to a variety of prominent characters in anime. He voiced the titular character in the mecha series Back Arrow and took on the role of Raiden Shuga, the deputy of the Spearhead Squadron, in the science fiction series 86. In the action series Fire Force, he portrayed Tōru Kishiri, a Third Generation Fire Soldier from Special Fire Force Company 5. He is also known for his performance as Narancia Ghirga, a key member of the Passione gang, in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind, and as Yahiro Saiga in the romantic comedy Special A.

In addition to his work in anime, Navarro's dubbing career encompasses a wide range of genres and formats. He is the regular Spanish dubbing voice for actors such as Trevor Tordjman, Noah Centineo, and Grant Gustin in numerous live-action films and series. His extensive filmography includes voice work in major animated and live-action films, providing Spanish dubs for characters in productions like Thunderbolts*, Pantera Negra: Wakanda por siempre, and Bohemian Rhapsody: La historia de Freddie Mercury, among many others. He also contributes with additional voices for numerous other projects.

Beyond acting, Luis Navarro has expanded his professional scope to include voice direction in dubbing projects.
