Diego Diniz is a Brazilian voice actor, dubbing actor, and dubbing director, recognized for his work in the Portuguese-language versions of major anime series. He was born Diego Carvalho Diniz in São Paulo.
Diniz is best known for his long-standing role as Connie Springer, the voice he has provided for the character across the entire run of the Attack on Titan anime franchise. This extensive body of work includes the main television series, from the first season through to Attack on Titan The Final Season Part 2, as well as the compilation films Attack on Titan Part 1 – Guren no Yumiya, Attack on Titan Part 2 – Jiyuu no Tsubasa, and Attack on Titan: The Roar of Awakening. He has also voiced the character in specials such as Attack on Titan: Ilse's Notebook. His involvement with the franchise continued through to its conclusion, with his work on Attack on Titan Final Season THE FINAL CHAPTERS being released in 2023 and 2024.
Beyond this signature role, Diniz has built a diverse portfolio in anime dubbing. In the sports genre, he voices Yuzo Morisaki in the 2018 series Captain Tsubasa. In the superhero universe of My Hero Academia, he is the voice of Natsuo Todoroki, the eldest son of the Endeavor family, and has also voiced other minor characters. His other prominent anime roles include Yuma Isogai in Assassination Classroom and Amon Hajiki in Fire Force. He also provided voices for the characters Igvarge and Iguva=41 in the series Overlord.
