Miki Fujitani is a Japanese actress and voice performer who began her career after winning the first All-Japan National Beautiful Girl Contest in 1987 at the age of fourteen. This victory launched her into the entertainment industry, where she initially debuted as a singer in 1988 before expanding her work to include live-action television dramas, films, and stage productions.

While Fujitani has maintained a steady career in live-action roles, she is particularly recognized in the anime community for two significant voice acting performances. She provided the voice for the character Chun-Li in the Fighter II: The Animated Movie, based on the popular video game series. Her most prominent and enduring voice role came shortly after, when she was cast as the female lead, Kaoru Kamiya, in the highly successful television anime series Rurouni Kenshin, which aired from 1996. She reprised this role in subsequent films related to the franchise, including Rurouni Kenshin: The Movie in 1997 and the Rurouni Kenshin: New Kyoto Arc films in 2011 and 2012.

Beyond these landmark roles, Fujitani's voice acting work also includes dubbing the main character Anne in Japanese broadcasts of the live-action Anne of Green Gables productions in the early 1990s and providing the Japanese voice for the lead character in the Danish animated film The War of the Birds in 1992.
