Rachael Messer is an American voice actress known for her work in English dubs of anime series and video games. She grew up in Catoosa, Oklahoma, and pursued her interest in performance by earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Performance from a college in her home state. Her academic background included formal study in voice work and acting for both stage and screen. Since beginning her career, she has voiced hundreds of characters across various media, including animation, video games, radio plays, and commercials.

Messer has been consistently affiliated with Funimation, a major anime production company in the United States, contributing her voice to numerous projects under their banner. Her workload frequently takes her to major cities such as Los Angeles, New York, and various locations in Texas and Oklahoma for recording sessions.

Among her prominent anime roles is Sistine Fibel in the fantasy series Akashic Records of Bastard Magical Instructor, a role she performed alongside fellow voice actors Josh Grelle and Monica Rial. She provided the voice for the character Enterprise in the English version of the popular animated series based on the game Azur Lane. In the series The Seven Heavenly Virtues, a spin-off of Seven Mortal Sins, Messer voiced the angel Sandalphon. The English dub for this show was produced by Sentai Filmworks and featured a cast that included Kucky Long and Brittney Karbowski.
