Rieko Miura is a Japanese actress, voice actress, and singer born on September 1, 1973, in Tokyo, Japan. Her career in entertainment began after she won a contest on the Fuji Television program Paradise GoGo!! in 1989, which led to her becoming a member of the popular idol group CoCo. Following the group's disbandment in 1994, Miura transitioned to a solo career, focusing on both live-action acting and voice acting.
As a voice actress, Miura is best known for two significant roles. She provided the voice for Komachi Ono in the long-running television anime series Kochira Katsushika-ku Kamearikouen-mae Hashutsujo, also known as Kochikame, a role she played from 1998 to 2004.
