Chuck Powers is an American-born voice actor, director, and creative professional with a significant career in the animation industry, particularly known for his extensive work in English dubbing for the Southeast Asian market. He spent many years working in the United States before relocating to Singapore, where he became a central figure in the local voice acting scene. In Singapore, he co-founded Voiceovers Unlimited, a studio that specialized in dubbing foreign language animation into Singaporean English. His voice can be heard in commercials for major global clients such as Disney, Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, HBO, Volvo, and Burger King.

Powers is highly regarded for his versatility, having voiced hundreds of characters over a twenty-year period. He is particularly well-known for his work on the Odex-commissioned English dubs of several long-running and popular anime series. His credits include voicing Monkey D. Luffy and Usopp in One Piece, Yugi Muto and Yami Yugi in Yu-Gi-Oh!, Guilmon and Henry Wong in Digimon Tamers, and Kogoro Mori in Case Closed.

His work in the early 2000s includes significant roles in the series Shutsugei! Machine Robo Rescue. For the Singaporean English dub of this show, produced by Voiceovers Unlimited, Powers voiced multiple characters, including Brad Bitou, Colonel Hazard, Shou Ashigawa, Susumu Utada, and Tsuyoshi Utada. He also had a prominent role in the English dub of Chosoku Spinner, providing voices for characters such as Shunichi Domoto, Chuta Kogure, "Mister" the Yo-yo Shopkeeper, and Syoshi Wappa.

Beyond acting, Powers has made substantial contributions as a voice director. He has directed the Singaporean English dubs for numerous series, including One Piece (for Odex), The Prince of Tennis, Kasumin, and Yu-Gi-Oh!. He was also a founding partner of Creative Fuzion Entertainment, an animation production company. In this role, he was instrumental in developing original content, such as co-producing Zakumi, an animated series featuring the mascot of the 2010 FIFA World Cup.

In 2014, Powers wrote and directed Ribbit, a 3D animated feature film that received international theatrical distribution and won the award for Best Family Film at the 2014 NIFF. He later served as the Chief Creative Officer of Kartun Studios and Vice President of Animation for the KRU Group of Companies.
