Oliver Scheffel is a German actor and voice actor born in Munich on August 18, 1980. He initially trained in piano from age five to fifteen before his interest shifted to performing arts. He made his stage debut in 2000 and went on to receive his acting training at the Internationale Schule für Schauspiel und Acting (ISSA) in Munich, supplemented by private lessons. His early career included extensive theater work, with over 500 stage performances.

In the realm of anime voice acting, Scheffel has lent his voice to several prominent German dubs. He is known for providing the German voice for the protagonist Basara Toujou in the series The Testament of Sister New Devil and its sequel The Testament of Sister New Devil BURST. He also voiced the energetic and manipulative producer Koutarou Tatsumi in the zombie idol anime Zombie Land Saga. His other notable anime roles include the werewolf warrior Irvin in Record of Grancrest War and Guren Ichinose in Seraph of the End.

Beyond these roles, his dubbing work is extensive and not limited to animation.
