Silvia Pepitoni is an Italian voice actress, dialogist, and dubbing director, born in Rome in 1958. She is recognized for a prolific career spanning several decades, during which she has lent her voice to numerous characters in anime, film, and television for the Italian market.

Pepitoni has contributed to a variety of anime series, particularly during the period when many Japanese shows were being dubbed for Italian audiences. One of her noted roles is as the Italian voice of the Narrator in the anime series Mori no Tonto-tachi, known in Italy as Alla scoperta di Babbo Natale. She is also known for voicing the title character in the series Miracle Shoujo Limit-chan, titled Cybernella in Italy, a role that also included voicing other characters like Tome and a teacher in the same show. Additionally, she provided the voice for Anna in the Italian redub of My Patrasche, an anime adaptation of the story A Dog of Flanders.

Her other significant work in anime includes voice roles in Cyborg 009, The Swiss Family Robinson: Flone of the Mysterious Island, and the Italian dubbing of the Lupin III Part 2 episode The Mysterious Gang of Five. Beyond anime, her dubbing career is extensive, having voiced actresses such as Meg Ryan, Julia Roberts, and Jennifer Coolidge in live-action films. Her work in television, particularly voicing Helen Hunt in the series Mad About You, earned her the Voices in the Shadows Award for Best Female Voice in a TV section in 2000.

In addition to performing voices, Pepitoni works as a dialogist and dubbing director, contributing to the adaptation of foreign media. She has spoken publicly about the importance of guiding and integrating new generations of voice actors into the profession to keep the craft vibrant. Her daughter, Virginia Brunetti, is also a voice actress.
