Séverine Morisot is a French voice actress born on April 25, 1961, in Paris, France. She is primarily known for her work dubbing foreign-language animated series and films into French.

Morisot's career includes a variety of roles in anime series that were localized for French audiences. Her notable voice roles include Marielle in the 1984 series Tongari Bōshi no Memoru, also known as Memoru. She also voiced the title character Yuki in the 1981 series of the same name. Her other roles from this era include Annette Barniel in The Alps Story: My Annette from 1983 and Nell in Sasurai no Shōjo Nell from 1979. Her film work includes a role in the 1982 movie Puss 'n Boots.
