Haruka Terui is a Japanese voice actress born on March 7, 1987, in Iwate Prefecture, Japan. She has been active in the industry since 2009 and is affiliated with the talent management firm Aoni Production. Her career includes a wide range of roles in anime television series, original video animations, films, and video games.
