Haruka Terui is a Japanese voice actress born on March 7, 1987, in Iwate Prefecture, Japan. She has been active in the industry since 2009 and is affiliated with the talent management firm Aoni Production. Her career includes a wide range of roles in anime television series, original video animations, films, and video games.

Terui's profile grew significantly in 2014 when she landed two prominent leading roles. She voiced the character Kobeni Yonomori in the romantic comedy television series Engaged to the Unidentified. That same year, she was cast as her first title heroine, Yūna Yūki, in the acclaimed series Yuki Yuna is a Hero. This role became a defining part of her career, and she has reprised it in numerous subsequent installments of the franchise, including Yuki Yuna is a Hero: The Hero Chapter, Yuki Yuna is a Hero: The Great Mankai Chapter, and the spin-off Yuki Yuna is a Hero: Churutto!, where she also voiced the character Yūna Takashima.
