Karla Paola Falcón Castrejón is a Mexican actress and director of dubbing, born on July 29, 1983, in Mexico City. She comes from a family with a deep history in the voice acting industry; she is the granddaughter of Carmen Donna-Dío, one of the pioneers of dubbing in Mexico, and the daughter of actress and dubbing director Olga Donna-Dío. Falcón began her career at the age of three in 1986, making her debut with loop groups for the series Casper the Friendly Ghost. She took a hiatus from dubbing during her adolescence but returned to the profession at sixteen, realizing it was her true passion.

Falcón has an extensive portfolio of voice work in anime, animation, and live-action dubbing. In anime, she is widely recognized for her role as Ino Yamanaka in the Naruto and Naruto Shippuden series. Her other significant anime credits include Soi Fong in Bleach, Jewelry Bonney in One Piece, Faye Valentine in the Netflix dub of Cowboy Bebop, Sena in Konosuba, Kozue Matsumoto in Baki, Afrodita in Record of Ragnarok, and Skyla in Pokémon Black and White. She also voiced the character Tiff in the Latin American Spanish dub of the anime series Kirby: Right Back At Ya!.

Beyond anime, Falcón has lent her voice to a multitude of prominent characters in Western animation. These include Dulce Princesa (Princess Bubblegum) in Adventure Time, Buena Niña (Rikochet's mother) in ¡Mucha Lucha!, Frankie Stein in Monster High, Stacy Hirano in Phineas and Ferb, Fawn in the Tinker Bell film series, and Enid in OK K.O.! Let's Be Heroes. She is also the official Latin American Spanish voice for the character Harley Quinn in various DC series, films, and video games, as well as the voice of Jinx in League of Legends and the acclaimed series Arcane. Her live-action dubbing work includes being the recurring voice for actresses such as Margot Robbie, Demi Lovato, Emma Roberts, and Rebecca Ferguson. Notable examples include dubbing Ramona Flowers in Scott Pilgrim vs. the World, Tori Vega in Victorious from its second season onwards, and Cruella de Vil in the 2021 film Cruella.

In addition to her acting work, Karla Falcón is an established dubbing director. She has directed the Latin American Spanish dubs for projects such as X-Men '97, the series Wednesday, American Horror Story, Uncle Grandpa, and Gotham Knights. She is married to fellow voice actor Héctor Emmanuel Gómez.
