Gladys Parra is a Mexican-American actress and dubbing director known for her extensive work in the voice-over industry, particularly in the Spanish dubbing of animated series and films for the Latin American market. Based in Los Angeles, California, she is sometimes credited under the name Gladys Alvarado.

Parra has contributed her voice to a substantial number of anime series. She is recognized for the role of Mariel Loughran in the series Tongari Bōshi no Memoru, known in Spanish as La magia de Titila. Another prominent anime role is that of Marina, one of the titular heroines in the series Magic Knight Rayearth, known in Spanish as Las Guerreras Mágicas. Her work on this series also includes voicing the character Comandante Ojo de Águila in its second season. Additional anime credits include the role of Dana Sterling in the movie Robotech II: The Sentinels and Misako in Dokonjo Gaeru (La rana valiente).

Beyond anime, her career encompasses a wide range of animated and live-action projects. In animation, she voiced Jenna in the film Balto, Arista in The Little Mermaid, and Callico "Callie" Briggs in the series SWAT Kats. Her extensive live-action dubbing work includes characters in major films such as Lex Murphy in Jurassic Park, the Princess Buttercup in The Princess Bride, and Frenchy in Grease.
