Bunker Jenkins is an American voice actor known for his work in English-language adaptations of Japanese anime series during the early era of the industry in the United States. His career is primarily associated with voice-over work for productions by companies like 3B Productions, which created English dubs of popular 1970s anime for the direct-to-video market. He is also credited under the name Willard Jenkins.

Jenkins's most notable roles are in the iconic super robot genre. In the series UFO Senshi Daiapolon, also known as UFO Warrior Dai Apollon, he provided the voice for the antagonist Emperor Dazan in the English dub. His most significant body of work is in the English adaptations of the classic series Mazinger Z. He voiced multiple key characters in this franchise, including Boss, the leader of a trio of delinquents who becomes an ally; the primary antagonist, Dr. Hell; and Dr. Sewashi, a scientist who assists the protagonists. These roles for Mazinger Z were performed for an English-language version, sometimes under the title Tranzor Z. His contributions to these dubs represent some of the earliest English voice work for these foundational anime series.
